Shipping Damages

If your order suffers damage during shipping, let the delivery driver know immediately for insurance purposes. Der Küchen Laden is not responsible for loss or damaged goods due to shipping. You will need to show the shipping box in the condition you received it as well as the shipping label on the box to process any shipping damage claims. 
 
Shipping Shortages and Screw Ups
In the event that we ship you the wrong items or fail to ship the order as stated on your invoice, we will do whatever it takes to correct the problem. All problems must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order. All corrections will be shipped by UPS ground free of charge. 
 
Orders & Delivery
All orders placed through this web site are subject to confirmation and acceptance. Where the goods are not available you will be notified as soon as possible.
 
Changes To Terms
Each order is governed by the terms and conditions current when the order is placed. We reserve the right to add, delete or otherwise change these terms and conditions without notice.
